Senior forward Brionna Taylor has been named to the NAIA All-American Honorable Mention.  Taylor has now received All-American Honorable Mention two seasons in a row after playing for Martin Methodist as a junior.  The first year Hornet led the team with 13.8 points per game as well as 30 blocked shots and 7.2 rebounds per game.  She helped the Hornets to a 19-12 season with wins over four ranked opponents as well as a 68-64 victory over Lincoln University in the Show-Me State Classic.  Head Coach Hana Haden, "Brionna is a true scorer and her presence inside was critical for us all season.  She was unstoppable in the paint and her ability to step out and shoot at 15 feet and beyond made her a tough matchup.  I'm very proud of her for this recognition as she was a double team almost every game and still found a way to work through it and help our team win some big games."
