The Columbia College Cougars swept the Harris-Stowe Hornets in three sets last night.  The loss puts the Hornets at 3-12 on the season and 1-6 in the American Midwest Conference.  The victory moves the Cougars to 10-8 and 4-1 in the AMC. 

The Cougars won the first two sets by the score of 25-7.  In set number three CC again pulled away from HSSU and won 25-11.  Kennedy Netters had 15 assists and Tiffany Hopkins had 2 blocks.

  • Hornets rank 48th in the nation with 3.51 kills per game
